Up for sale is a NEW， UNOPENED 31-inch Star Wars Jakks Pacific Shadow Storm Trooper， also known as a "Blackhole" Storm Trooper. This figure features a swiveling head， shoulders， and legs (groin area) along with an E-11 blaster rifle in hand. Shadow Storm Troopers are a part of Star Wars "Expanded Universe" series， meaning they are not featured in any of the franchises movies. They were involved in specifically secret， infiltration -type missions， utilizing their cloaking capabilities. There were only 500 ever manufactured and this is #229 out of 500 (nicely printed on the front of the box)! This was only available at the 2014 San Diego Comic Con Convention and I am the original owner. I am a big collector myself， so I try to show and disclose as much as I can about the condition of the piece and its packaging. It is sad to see， but I have frequently noticed that other sellers of this item on eBay here are not being completely honest about the condition of their own Shadow Troopers for sale， and from looking at their pictures also， they are definitely not nearly as pristine as mine， so please do keep this in mind when browsing. Now， back to the specifics of mine here， I would say that the figure is in very-good to excellent condition， and the box in excellent to near-mint condition. On the figure there are 2 scratches on the chest plate area and also some sort of random paint imperfections/smudges on both sides of the chest plate that do not seem to want to come off. Over the years I have noticed that these issues are common with a piece packaged in such an open box like this one. BUT， on the other hand the box here is in excellent to near mint condition because I could only find 2 noticeable scratches and 1 minor to moderate (in range) ding/crease. What is observable on marketplaces such as eBay is that， with a vast majority of these Shadow Storm Trooper exclusives (excluding mine that you see here)， there is definitely significant damage on others boxes， so attempting to find one with as immaculate of a box as the one I have for sale would prove to be very challenging. And lastly， I have posted the pictures of all of the imperfections mentioned here...Please do not hesitate to ask any questions if you have any :) This is a must-have for any diehard Star Wars fan!
